  • Kisha Cochran

    Kisha started working for KinderCare in 2002 as an assistant to the Kindergarten teacher. Kisha then had the opportunity to teach in the Preschool classroom for four years and took pride every day teaching the children something new. In 2008, Kisha became a Program Specialist where she got to interact with every age and classroom. In 2010, Kisha became the Assistant Director, a position that she doesn't take lightly, now she has the opportunity to work holistically with all the children, the families and the teachers. She is very passionate about her job ensuring that every child, family and her team is happy everyday. In recognition of her outstanding leadership, family connections, and educational programming her entire school and team of teachers has been selected as one of KinderCare Education's best schools.

  • Richelle DiLeonardo

    Ms. Richelle began her career here at The Washington KinderCare as the Kindergarten Teacher in 2007. She was recently promoted to Assistant Director in 2013. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from California University of Pennsylvania in 2000. Before joining KinderCare, Ms. Richelle taught in the public school system and was a center director for a private learning center. She loves working with children and watching them learn and grow. She takes pride in partnering with families to give their children the strong foundation necessary for continued social, emotional and academic success!

  • Dawn Chambers

    Dawn is our Program Specialist here at the Washington KinderCare. Dawn has been our lead Discovery Pre-School Teacher here for close to 20 years! She has seen many changes and has survived them all! Dawn has an Associates in Early Childhood from Ashworth University. She is a very organized and efficient person who truly loves the children and their families. She is a dedicated and loyal employee who is a good representative of KinderCare values and traditions. She knows the routines and procedures for all the classrooms and still steps in for teachers for parts of each day. We hope you stay many more years Ms. Dawn! In her spare time, Dawn loves to watch movies, go shopping, cut coupons and travel.

  • Ms. Laura

    Laura is our Kindergarten teacher here at the Washington KinderCare. She did her field experience in college here last summer and has returned to help out this summer. She graduated from Waynesburg University with a double degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education.&nbsp;<br /> <br /> Laura is a very outgoing, personable, and friendly young lady who is wonderful with children. She is a neat freak who loves to put stuff in baskets. When Laura is not working here with our children, she enjoys outside activities including cheering for our Pirates and riding quads.&nbsp;

  • Ms. Paige

    <p><!--block-->Paige is one of our Prekindergarten Teachers here at the Washington KinderCare. She has her bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Cal U. Paige has worked in another child development center and has done a lot of babysitting. Paige is a very caring, friendly and organized person. Paige loves to ride quads and be outdoors when she is not working here. She likes to follow the Steelers and Penguins and our local teams.</p>
